Charles Wray

Charles Calvin Wray, age 58 of Lebanon, TN, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015. Mr. Wray was born September 1, 1957 in Smyrna, TN to Charlie Taylor and Lina Coretta Young Wray.He loved being in his garage with his 1957 Chevrolet and his Chevy truck. He also enjoyed going fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be remembered for his love of yellow cake and caramel icing as well as homemade banana ice cream.Mr. Wray was preceded in death by his parents and loving wife of 33 years, Mary Wray.He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Chris Borgstrom) Wray, Amanda (Justin Carter) Eilering, Julie (Kyle Merritt) Wray and Talanda (Chris Shelton) Bolin; sisters, Yvonne (Roy Scruggs) Wray of Smyrna and Sharon (Billy) Vaughn of LaVergne, TN; granddaughters, Coretta, Kaylee and Zoey; grandsons, Christopher, Tyler, Gavin, Donovan, Charlie, Abel and Riley; and one granddaughter on the way.A memorial service will be conducted at 1 P.M., Sunday, December 6, 2015 at The Comfort Suites, 904 Murfreesboro Road, Lebanon, TN 37090. The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM until the time of service on Sunday.
