Wallace Medlin

Wallace Evans Medlin, age 74 of Hermitage, TN passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016. Mr. Medlin was born August 9, 1941 in Raleigh, NC to James and Thelma Russell Medlin.Mr. Medlin served in the United States Marines. He will be remembered for his love of music and the immense collection of old country and blues albums he obtained over the years. He also enjoyed studying American history. Above all, his love of family will be remembered by those who loved and cherished him.Mr. Medlin was preceded in death by his parents.He is survived by his wife, Earlleen Prather Medlin; daughters, Robbin Tate
Becky Proctor Oechslin and husband, Kim, and Shelley Medlin; brother, William Medlin; granddaughters, Rachel Tate, Danielle Tate, Katie Tate and Taylor Oechslin, grandsons, Bobby Tate, Sam Oechslin, and Logan Dheming; great-grandsons, Brody Oechslin and Brogan Oechslin.A celebration of Mr. Medlin's life will be conducted at 11 A.M., Friday, March 18, 2016 at Tulip Grove Baptist Church with Rev.
