Betty Dees

Betty June Dees, 66, of Old Hickory, TN, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on February 16th, 2023. Betty was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on October 2nd, 1956.

She is predeceased by her parents, Floy Fay and George Wagner, her sisters, Carma Jean Morrison and Helen Brummett, her brothers, Clifton Wagner and James Lee Brixey.

Betty loved and cared for all her family and friends. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She dedicated her life serving others as a LPN for over 35 years. She was always caring and willing to help others in need.

She is survived by her two sons: Carl Dees and Tommy Dees, her daughter Jennifer Roderick-Dees, her grandchildren: Alexandra Cocho and her husband Lazaro, Tommy Dees, Michael Dees, Madeleine Dees, her great grandchildren: Ansleigh Robinson, Evelynn Cocho, Wesley Dees, Liam Cocho, Nicole Dees; her brother, Dale Wagner and his wife Saleta;   Jamie Hardesty, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 4th, 2023  at 2:00 PM at Music City Baptist Church; 7104 Lebanon Rd, Mt. Juliet, TN, 37122. All are welcome to gather and share. Please wear yellow, purple, or floral print to the service! Those were her favorite colors!
