Carl Johnson

Carl Edward Johnson, age 54, resident and native of McMinnville, TN passed away at home January 18, 2019 of an extended illness. He was born September 18, 1964, the son of James E. "Jim" Johnson of McMinnville, TN and the late Helen L. Johnson.Mr. Johnson was retired and a longtime nursery worker for Pack's Nursery.In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by nephews, Spencer L. Colvin Jr. and Nathan Fisk.In addition to his dad, he is survived by a son, Trey E. Johnson of McMinnville, TN; sisters, Joyce Johnson of Tullahoma, TN, Nora (Norbert) Borsel of Salt Lake City, UT, and Shelia (Nobel) Kakoro of Antioch, TN; brothers, Timothy Johnson of McMinnville, TN, Shaun (Belita) Johnson of Cane Ridge, TN, Gary Johnson and James D. Johnson, both of McMinnville; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many cousins and friends.A memorial services will be held on Jan. 26, 2019 at Brown Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 173 N. Johnson Road, McMinnville, TN 37110.
