Curt Allan Davis, 62, of Nashville, TN passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
He was born March 20, 1961, in Danville, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Elizabeth (Hughes) Davis on April 7, 2012; his mother, JoAnn (Farney) Davis on October 30, 2010; and his father, LeRoy Gene Davis on September 23, 2011.
He is survived by his two sons, Benjamin Allan Davis (wife Danielle) and 3 grandchildren; Maximus, Mayzie, and Marlow; Zachary Lee Davis and 2 grandchildren; Alex and Camila; his sister, Carolyn Davis McCann; his fiancée Angeline Seta Truluck and her 4 children; Terry, Zachary, Savannah, and Dakota; and many nieces and nephews.
Curt was a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and grandfather, and a true family man. He loved nothing more than to be surrounded by family, friends, and his many furry friends. He was a lover of people and animals, and he never met a stranger. Curt had the ability to make anyone laugh, and he made sure everyone around him felt loved. Curt was a master of the grill, a lover of the outdoors, a fanatic of the Florida Gators, and he greatly enjoyed the simpler things in life. Curt spent the better part of his adult life in insurance, and was awarded a trip for him and his wife to Maui, HI in 2010 for being the top salesman in his company. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met and will be sorely missed by many.
Curt’s wishes were to be cremated and have his remains returned to the Earth over snow, and he wanted a party to celebrate his life in lieu of a traditional funeral. Celebration of Life will be held at 1515 Harwood Dr. Nashville, TN on Saturday October 21st.
Nashville Cremation Center is honored to be entrusted with handling Mr. Davis' arrangements. Please visit his guestbook to leave a thoughtful note for the family.
