Jacqueline "Jackie" Chapman Brewer, age 63, entered her rest on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at her residence in Cedar Hill, TN. Jackie was born in Knoxville, TN, September 28, 1955, the daughter of Jack and Loretta Roberts Chapman.Jackie loved life and was an energetic person who attacked everything she did with passion! She was intelligent and intuitive. Those who knew her were aware of her wacky sense of humor and had to be on the lookout for her tricks and schemes. She brought tremendous joy and laughter into the lives of all who knew her! She enjoyed reading, camping, biking, hiking, water recreation, 5k runs and flower gardening.She excelled at every career she had from National Life & Accident Insurance Company as a Treasury clerk, to National Property & Homeowners Insurance Company as Accounting Manager, to Gaylord Enterprise (WSM/TNN) as Accounting Supervisor, to her decision to get her B.S. in Education at Austin Peay State University and secure a position in Robertson County Schools for 12 years at Westside Elementary teaching 3
rd
grade and then at Coopertown Middle School teaching 5
th
grade. With all these accomplishments, Jackie's greatest priorities in her life were her faith in Jesus Christ, her marriage and her family. Her trust and faith was only strengthened during her battle with cancer! She faced it with God's help and strength and truly was an example of living life by faith.In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving and faithful husband of 45 years, Charles M. Brewer; children, Beth (Ryan) Heatherly of Mt. Juliet, TN, Katie (Jake) Whiteley of Hendersonville TN, Chaz (Laura) Brewer of Clarksville, TN; five cherished grandchildren, Hudson Heatherly, Will and Ben Whiteley, and Lily and Madilyn Brewer; siblings, Darren (Bonnie) Chapman of Alcoa, TN, Regina (Jon) Hisey of Holland, MI, Marti (Chris) Moran of Franklin, TN; and many loving and cherished friends and extended family.A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Joelton First Baptist Church with Bro. David Royalty and Pastor Ryan Heatherly officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be her nephews, Drew Hisey, Christopher Moran, Zack Moran, Brock Brewer, Barry Brewer and Chris Jones.The family requests donations are made ‘In Memory of Jackie Brewer' to ‘Let the Children Come', C/O Joelton First Baptist Church, 7106 Whites Creek Pike, Joelton, TN 37080.
