Nick was born March 18, 1981 to John and Guin Johnson in Nashville, TN. He grew up in a closeknit family that included 2 brothers and 1 sister. He graduated from White’s Creek High School in 1999 and attended Nashville State Technical Institute where he studied Communications Technology. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on March 28, 1998. He attended the North and Madison Congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was employed with Comcast and briefly as a driver for Amazon-LaVergne Hub.

Nick was a devoted family man who loved people. He had a deep appreciation for spiritual things and was seldom missing from congregation meetings. He had unique technical skills and was often sought out for his knowledge of installing security systems and computer networks. He was an avid bowler, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed grilling, fishing, lawn care, tinkering with cars, and podcasts with his spiritual brothers. From an early age he demonstrated a love for dancing and often showed off his moves.

Nick had a quick wit and always had the right joke for any situation. He could make you laugh when you were feeling your lowest. Nick made himself available to help anyone in need without asking for anything in return. He literally “came to the rescue” for many in their time of distress. Nick was a good listener and will be missed by his family, friends and a world-wide spiritual brotherhood.
