Mr. Elmer O’Neil Heard age 89 of Nashville, passed away at his home on March 3, 2019 Mr. Heard was the owner/operator of Heard’s Garage for over 37 years.He leaves his son Gregory Alan Heard, daughter Janet Michelle Heard, sisters Nan, Julie, and Ruby, Grandchildren: Brett (Casey) Heard, Spencer Heard, Tara (Nick) Quinn, Blake McPherson, Meagan (Christian) Snow, Bridgett Heard, and Stefanie Heard. Great Grandchildren: Hunter, Kayden, Brianna, Kensey, Jerri, and Mossi.He was preceded in death by his son Jerry O’Neil Heard, and his sisters Gladys, Lula, Christina, and Ethel.Services will be 1 O’Clock Thursday, March 7, 2019 from the chapel at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Highway 100, Nashville. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 Pm until 8:00 Pm and Thursday from 11:00 AM until the service.
