Peggy Aldana

Peggy Aldana, age 65 of Smyrna, TN, died Friday, March 1, 2019 at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. Mrs. Aldana was born September 25, 1953 in Nashville, TN.Peggy was one of thirteen children. She retired from the Rutherford County School System. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and dogs dearly. She will be remembered as the most kind-hearted and sweetest woman, willing to help anyone in need without expecting anything in return. She loved going wrestling and would go every chance she got.Peggy was preceded in death, by her sisters, Helen Gibbs, Louise Patterson, Mary Tidwell, Patsy Tate, and Sue Smith; and brothers, J.B. Garrett, Bernice Garrett, Jim Garrett, and Tommy Garrett.She is survived by her sons, Lee (Lacey) Sanders and Josh (CJ) Sanders; grandchildren, Kearstyn, Taylor, Josh Jr., Leela, Caden, and Allannah Sanders; sisters, Brenda Garrett and Faye (Howard) Beal.A celebration of Peggy’s life will be conducted at 4:00 P.M., Friday, March 8, 2019 at Assembly Hall in Smyrna.Memorial contributions may be made to Assembly Hall, 110 Front Street, Smyrna, TN 37167.
