Phillip Woodard

Phillip Keith Woodard, age 43 of Nashville, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Mr. Woodard was born February 22, 1972 in Nashville, TN to Kenneth and Judith Ann Woodard.Mr. Woodard grew up in Nashville and graduated from Maplewood High School. He was also a graduate of Nashville Auto-Diesel College. He worked for many years at Metropolitan Nashville’s Fleet Management Department as a mechanic. He will be remember for his love of family, especially his two daughters, and for always helping anyone in need. He enjoyed working on cars and fish aquariums.He is survived by his wife, Cindy Denise Cannon; his daughters, Taylor and Sabrina Woodard; and passed into the arms of his parents.A celebration of Mr. Woodard’s life will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. , Saturday April 11, 2015 at Dalewood Baptist Church, 1586 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37216. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service at Dalewood Baptist Church.
