She was born August 29, 1961 in Sacramento, CA to Billie Clyde O'Roark and the former Nancy Lou Lightheart.Mrs. Morgan is survived by her daughters, Ashley Rambo and Debra Brigham; granddaughter, Kiya; sister, Cindy Naumoff; brothers, Billie O'Roark and Schuyler Staffne; nieces, Crystal and Angelia; great- niece, Gabriela; and great-nephew, Joshua.No services are planned at this time.
